When I first saw this crowd I confessed that it is unprecedented.. For
those who do not know him, This Governor Rauf Aregbesola is the only
governor in Nigeria that gave Nuhu Ribadu victory as then ACN candidate
in 2011. That is, his state of Osun is the only state that Goodluck
Jonathan lost in South-West.
The PDP governorship candidate in the State of Osun, Iyiola Omisore, in a
display of fear, ran to Abuja again on Wednesday to beg for
"assistance" in the upcoming election as the signs of defeat are now
obvious.
The massive crowd that follows Aregbesola at his rallies is very
intimidating and clearly shows he is the man of the people and whole
heartedly acceptable by the electorates.
